Netskil (Iceland)
Caroline was brought in to take over a
failing Electronic Bill presentation and Payment implementation project in the
UK. This project needed a project manager with good communication skills,
energy, and business savvy. The
relationship with the client was at a crisis, but by the end of the project
Netskil became a reference contact. By
implementation, the project had achieved
the client’s goal of first-to-market with a sophisticated payment and
presentation solution (biller service), which allowed end-users to sort their
bills and payments at a per-transaction level for non-financial institutions.
